I totally agree with you that, given the fact that the number of Soviet votes has increased to three insofar as Soviet Ukraine and Soviet Belorussia have become members of the Assembly, the number of US votes should also increase.

I believe that the number of US votes may be increased to three – the same number of votes that the Soviet Union and its two main republics have.
